Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a $25 fee.
Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and check.

Unpaid jobs over 7 days may result in late fees.

Pre-existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, etc.).

We may document vehicle condition before and after service.
Results Disclaimer

We aim for perfection, but some stains, odors, or scratches may be permanent and not fully removable.

We’ll always do our best, but we make no guarantees of 100% restoration.
Personal Belongings

Please if possible, remove all personal items from your vehicle before service.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll come back to fix it, no charge!
How long does a detail typically take?
-
A typical detail takes around 3-4 hours, 2 hours for the interior and 1.5 hours for the exterior.
