Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a $25 fee.

Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and check.

  • Unpaid jobs over 7 days may result in late fees.

Pre-existing Damage

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, etc.).

  • We may document vehicle condition before and after service.

Results Disclaimer

  • We aim for perfection, but some stains, odors, or scratches may be permanent and not fully removable.

  • We’ll always do our best, but we make no guarantees of 100% restoration.

Personal Belongings

  • Please if possible, remove all personal items from your vehicle before service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll come back to fix it, no charge!

How long does a detail typically take?

  • A typical detail takes around 3-4 hours, 2 hours for the interior and 1.5 hours for the exterior.
